Somatic Yoga

This style of yoga is all the rage right now and for good reason! It takes traditional yoga and adds additional benefits that permeate beyond the physical. Join me, Taylor, in a practice that is both different and familiar. As a trained somatic yoga teacher who uses techniques from this practice with my coaching clients and in my own practice, I can honestly say that this practice has the ability to be life changing – so long as you’re open to it. Somatic Practices

The following somatic movement practices build on and are a combination of vinyasa, yin, and Kundalini yoga paired with Pranayama (breath control). Adding somatic elements to these class give you the practice you already love with additional benefits for your mind, nervous system, and body.
