Well being means something different to all of us. To me, it’s about doing things that excite me on a mind, body, and soul level. It’s about connecting to myself, accepting myself, and learning about myself. It is about creating the foundations that keep me solid enough to grow, evolve, be a person and have a life that I am proud of.
There are a few things that I did in my journey of well being that greatly impacted me and it’s an absolute pleasure to share them with you. I hope you’re able to take some of the lessons that I’ve found and for them to be as useful and transformative as they were for me.
