43 Body Acceptance Quotes to Feel Great Now

Body acceptance is not about feeling great every day. It’s not about feeling great in every moment. It’s about accepting where you are, just as you are.

Accepting yourself, and your body, isn’t about telling yourself how beautiful you are when you’re down, it’s saying “this is me, this is what I have, this is who I am.”

Acceptance is not about not wanting to change yourself, it’s about recognizing who are and what you look like and realizing that you can change if you want to, but you’ll be perfectly okay just being as you are too.

It’s my firm belief that body acceptance and self-acceptance comes before body love or self-love. Without first accepting who you are and what you look like, how can you expect yourself to accept or love yourself when you’ve changed?

When you are first able to accept yourself you are then able to make decisions and judgments about yourself from a neutral place and that place, it’s a pretty damn awesome place to be.
